2715 Stacy - Open House

Let me be the first to say that I was surprised at how much better this house was in real life compared to the pictures.  Which is saying a lot, because it looks pretty great online. This little treasure likes to defy description however. While technically a condo (it's on a shared lot) it is a free standing home complete with private yard. The interior is nicely fitted out with a fantastic Ikea kitchen and bathrooms. The entire downstairs is a public space with said kitchen which is open to a living room with double height ceilings and a sliding glass door that leads to the private outdoor space. The location? Perfect.
