Design matters

My job and my passion is helping people buy and sell homes, and while I don't work exclusively with modern and mid century modern homes, I do understand the importance of design when it comes to selling your home. Let's face it, pretty much everyone who is shopping for homes right now start their search online. It has never been more important to have high quality photographs and proper staging in your home. To get the most out of your home, it's got to look it's best. Let's be honest

Realtors don't always have the best reputation. One of my core beliefs is absolute transparency and honesty in my business and relationships. There are a lot of realtors out there that will tell you your house is worth more than it really is, just so you will list it with them. Once listed, it sits on the market because it's overpriced. Once it's on the market long enough, people assume there is something wrong with it.
