Great location on this one, and while the design is a bit bold for my taste the real impressive thing about this house is more than meets the eye. It’s built around the German “passivhaus” theory which is truly a superior home when it comes to energy efficiency. I’m always surprised the principles of a passive house haven’t caught on more.
