Really nice work here from Davey McEathron Architecture! I love the two distinctly different volumes connected by a glass hallway (see last photo). It looks like the interior finished got an equally thoughtful approach with lots of great custom pieces.

Inside it’s a bit too on trend for me and I always worry about the livability of third floors with slanted ceiling lines. It’s one of those things you can only really judge in person. Great value on this one though!
