The Starlight Village development has been followed closely nationwide. It promised a community of affordable mid century modern influenced homes. I visited last year to check in on the progress and it looks like things have come a long way since them. I'd give the design two thumbs up, though the claim of "affordable" and the location remain up in the air.

Well here it is, the first Starlight Village house to hit the MLS. Despite the original promise to have prices start in the $200's this particular model weighs in at just over $500k. There are no photos of the interiors still as they are a work in progress. Exterior is looking good though!
