Windsor Hills strikes again. Bang for the buck this is still one of my top areas in Austin, especially if you like mid century modern leaning homes. This one looks to have had some good upgrades with lots more potential.

Boy oh boy, that Windsor Hills area just keeps on delivering recently. This is such a lovely updated mid century modern ranch complete with a cloud pool. The price is probably double what it was a few years ago, but you’d be hard pressed to find better value these days.

This Windsor Hills area might be the last pocket of affordable mid century modern homes in Austin, if you consider almost 1/2 million affordable. This house is a great example of what it looks like to move into a 70’s house that hasn’t been remodeled since the 90’s. Guess what? It looks great! Sure the kitchen and bathroom could use an upgrade, but let’s be honest it’s great as is too.

This little Windsor Hills pocket has been a go to for a while for inexpensive mid century modern. Sadly the don’t pop up often, and it looks like prices are edging up as well. All that being said, I’m really loving the slightly softer scandinavian interiors inside this 70’s ranch home.
